"Wonderful place to play with sand traps. Not super scenic, but a fun half day. Took our time teaching a couple newer folks the ways of the bag o sand |

Introduction[edit]
Great Canyon to use your Smooth Operator or Fiddle stick and your sandtrap
Approach[edit]
Descent[edit]
For just the "Advocate" part of the canyon (before it intersects with Angel Slot), this canyon can be descended with four rappels. We used a smooth operator for two and the sandtrap for the other two. We combined the first two rappels using a 200foot rope and a Smooth Operator. Meat anchoring and partner assisting facilitated the other drops.
