Has user description  The Oregon Coast Range extends for over 200mi from the Columbia River to the Coquille River and has an average height of 1500ft. The highest point is Mary's Peak, near Corvallis, at about 4100ft. Canyoning is best in the winter and spring when water levels are good. Don't expect greatness heading into summer. Some seasonal creeks may dry up completely.
