Introduction[edit]
While the lower part was known since long time ago, the crazy upper part has only been discovered since a few years. Integrale is one of the toughest canyons of the alps.
Approach[edit]
Basically you'll have to walk up into the Val Cramosina on its northern side, at the Pian Tigiasc (alt. 1600m), a path leads towards the river. That's where the canyon begins.
Descent[edit]
While not as continuous as its neighbour Usèdi, Cramosina has an incredible section of about 6 rappels which is considered to be amongst the most beautiful of the country.
Exit[edit]
Towards the end, the possibilites of escapes are getting more and more numerous, but if done until the very End, you'll find yourself practically at your car.
