Middle Little Baker is the best of the three.
West Little Baker is not described in the book. For West Little, the final rappel is 170ft and has a rope sticking crack right down the rappel line. We had to extend the webbing 10 feet past the start and lower ourselves on the webbing before beginning the rappel, which is pretty freaky. The first time down, we stuck the rope even with extending the webbing a couple feet below the lip.
East and West Bakers are available after the climb up out of the river bed, as well if you're so inclined to add those to your trip.
