Located about a 3 hour drive northeast of Mexico City. The hub of canyoning in the state of Hidalgo is in Agua Blanca de Iturbide, home base for the infamous RIC 2024, which was canceled on day 2 of the 9 day event.
Hidalgo has two world class canyons, Chiflon Integral and Boca de Santo and a dozen others.
