Navette voiture: Oui

Acces amont: A La Turbie prendre la D 53 direction Peille. Puis direction Golf de Monaco, , col du Mont Gros; 300 m apres la maison "Roc Agel" prendre un sentier qui suit la clôture du proprieté ( possibilité de se garer un peu plus loin). Après 20 min on trouve des petits bornes .Suivre le sentier. Le départ se trouve en contre bas du borne numéro 79.

Une dizaine de rappels; 3 d'une vingtaine ( ou trentaine ) de mètres, depandant du point de rappel.
