Introduction[edit]
Easy canyon with arround 8 waterfalls up to 40m. Monkeys arround in the forest
Approach[edit]
Parking at the official national park parking and following the hikingpaths to Cataratas Escondidas. When the hikingpath goes steep down to the start, the canyon starts directly when you arrive at the stream.
Descent[edit]
Some nice waterfalls but too open and low flow in march.
Exit[edit]
Red tape[edit]
Probably forbidden. We arrived late at the parking, when the entry to the park was already closed (1pm) and sneeked in, which was quite a mission with all the rangers. After the firstdescent we came back in the dark, when everyone was gone.
