Introduction[edit]

A great canyon with a relatively short approach and exit. This is not simply a hike. It is a narrow slot and will requiring squeezing, stemming and some downclimbing. The last section is quite difficult to reverse. A rope can be handy for this.

Approach[edit]

Descent[edit]

No rappels, but bring 20 feet of webbing for reversing the last downclimb.

This is a great first tight canyon. It's a bit tighter than Middle Leprechaun in places, but always easy to go up and over the constrictions.

Don't miss the dark chamber at the end. Bring a headlight.

  • One of the tighter parts. Amazing!
  • A downclimb into the ever-tightening walls
  • Gorgeous walls towards the end
  • Exit[edit]
