This is the "KMLExtract" template, it determines if there's any extractable KML in the beta site list and provides a link to the extraction script to replace link for internal kml file It should be called in the following format:

}}
-> bskmlfile : array with list of possible extractable urls
-> extfile : primary extractable link
-> extkmlfile : primary extracted kml link
-> kmlfile : kml file link
-> kmldisplay : kml display mode
