This Template depends on a section of code in MediaWiki:Common.js to translate the innerText of the div specified below into an HTML link with _blank target. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Adding_HTML_to_wiki_pages and https://www.thesitewizard.com/html-tutorial/open-links-in-new-window-or-tab.shtml for background.

NOTE: URLs may not contain equals signs (=). Replace any/every equals sign with & # 6 1 ; in the URL, but remove the spaces.
