Template:StarRank

This is the "StarRank" template. It should be called in the following format:

=>add {{#set:Is VIP=true}} to any Book or VIP rating user, either to their 'User:user' or just 'user' page
=> output: arrays (sum, counter): userrating, voterating, condrating, viprating
