Introduction
This is a very fun waterfall descent with a short but intense technical section. Unfortunately it requires a somehow long approach/exit following a closed dirt road. The upper section of the canyon looks very promising but has never been explored.
Swan Falls tends to dry up at the end of summer, so this descent is better run early in the season. To determine current flow google "Swan Falls" to find recent pictures of the falls visited by hiking groups.

A couple of us descended Trout Creek / Swan Falls, at the top of Buntzen Lake this past weekend. I hope to have some beta posted on that here soon. The final waterfall sequence is challenging, but beautiful.
