Cooper "Coops" is a staple of the PNW community. Despite initial impressions presenting a depth of personality and wit many will quickly find that these traits are largely misattributed due to Britishness. If he is found lacking in wit it may be due to spending more than his fair share of mental energy updating, maintaining, posting on, complaining about, and posting about Ropewiki.

Generally knowledgeable in canyon miscellanea Coops is prolific in both the art of bolting and complaining about bolt placements. You will often find him waxing poetic about "Pulse holes", a topic which is far less dirty than first impressed. A firm believer in lining the pockets of Petzl you will find his 8mm holes sprinkled in a variety of locales in which they are at least vaguely justified.

If seeking an often knowledgeable, sometimes sure-footed, and always cynical canyon companion few can match the overall allure of Coops.
