La pratique du canyonisme est autorisée du 1er avril au 31 octobre inclus à l'exception des canyons figurant dans les articles 2 et 3, où s'applique une réglementation spécifique (périodes plus réduites, interdiction...). Les canyons secs ou habituellement à sec sont autorisés toute l'année. Tous les canyons situés en zone centrale du Parc du Mercantour sont interdits. Tout groupe de pratiquants ne peut excéder 8 personnes, encadrement non compris. Audin: Pas de spécificité
