Introduction[edit]
a very big 515' rappel is the main attraction to this canyon. A reasonable approach and altitude makes it a fairly easy canyon to do one main thrilling drop over an immense wall. The water course drainage flows over this drop that is nearly all a severe overhang - all the way down. And in some places approximately 100' away from the concave wall. Not much of interest to the canyoneer other than this awesome drop. Great photo op for photographers. But still a nice viewpoint on the summit.
Giving it a higher Star rating because of the immense 515' overhanging rappel - just for people who like such a spectacular rappel
Approach[edit]
Descent[edit]
a cool overhanging 515' rappel where the drainage pours over a big wall. Not much else to the canyon. But such a spectacular rappel might make it more than the 3 stars that it is given if sport repelling is your game. And for photograhers
