Introduction
Cueva de la Tia Rosa (also called Tierrosa which is an amalgam of the official name) is a nice water cave near the start of Chipitin canyon. It is full of water and has swimming. Midway through the cave you will reach a point where the water reaches the ceiling and it appears the cave ends. However you can do a series of hold-your-breath duck-unders (around 3 or so), and you will re-emerge in dry passage and see the second half of the cave which is very nice passageway.
Approach
There are two ways to enter the cave, either walking in through the mouth, or doing a 25m rappel down a chimney that will put you a couple hundred feet inside.
Descent
Have fun exploring inside! Keep a careful eye at each intersection - there are a few in the begin that all look the same. In general, follow the main passage the starts to slightly trend downwards to a very brief crawl into a ~1 meter downclimb into a muddy, pool-filled hallway. Turn LEFT here.
Exit
Typically after exploring this cave the group will descend Chipitin canyon, or you can hike back to Potrero Redondo.
