Introduction

Devil's Punchbowl is a roadside swimming hole along Highway 82, the seasonal road heading East over Independence Pass from Aspen. Not to be confused with Devil's Punchbowl (Schofield Pass).

Throughout the summer it is common to watch people jump from the horizontal platform on the south side into the pool below.
