Introduction
A rugged Mogollon Rim canyon. Drops fast with scenic boulder hopping through rarely visited area.
Approach
Hike down obvious drainage.
Descent
R1: 30' optional or downclimb RDC.
R2: 125' off of tree RDC. Very scenic rappel through mossy layers. Free hanging for about 100ft. Continue down after first ledge.
R3: 35' off of large log or downclimb LDC down steep ledges.
A few large boulder downclimbs until canyon opens up.
Exit
Continue down in drainage over boulders to confluence with Pine Creek. Continue down to Pine Creek trail. Follow Pine Creek switchback trail up to exit vehicle.
