Introduction[edit]
Gold Star Canyon is a fun and quick canyon scramble. Easy yet still fun enough to make it worthwhile. Trailhead is pull-off on South Broadway Road. Trailhead sign with information about hike up to canyon is available. No restrooms. Trailhead is at 39.0907,-108.6900.
Approach[edit]
From trailhead follow obvious trail up to top on canyon staying west of canyon. Once at top of main canyon drainage, 39.0833, -108.6968.
Descent[edit]
Follow canyon down with a few fun downclimbs until canyon opens up and return to trailhead.

A National Park's pass or a Colorado National Monument entrance fee is required.
