Introduction
NF of Lost Springs is a challenge for intermediate canyoneers to try their hand at downclimbing. After the first rappel off the rim all of the drops can be downclimbed, from 20-30 foot drops. In addition, there is a 100 foot long high-stemming (20 feet high) corridor near the end and a 300 foot long corridor prior to that which also can be stemmed its entire length. The route is great for beginner hike-and-rappel canyoneers and is also a challenge for intermediates.
