Introduction[edit]

Northbrook Gorge is a popular spot especially on hot days. Weekdays are best because weekends are busier than a Westfield on Boxing Day.

The 'mandatory' swims or walk throughs can be avoided by small scrambles on the sides of the gorge.

The once secluded and beautiful location known for its serenity has since become a 'sacrificial' spot.

Be prepared to carry out other peoples left over beer cans.
