Introduction[edit]
RCA Canyon is has great access and is very beginner friendly class-c canyon with a handful waterfalls to down-climb or rappel. However, it is not very committing and is very short. If you are passing through the area or live nearby, it could be a good place to take someone canyoneering for the first time.
Approach[edit]
From the Maple Grove Campground, there is a good trail leading all the way to the drop in point. You can enter the canyon earlier on, but with how short the canyon is, it's worth hiking all the way up so you can get a few more waterfalls in.
