Introduction[edit]

Approach[edit]

Park at Winter Cabin T/H at the end of FR 538 and start the approach there.

Descent[edit]

The canyon has a handful of rappels and down climbs. A 100ft rope and pull will get you through the canyon.

Exit[edit]

At the confluence with Hog Hill Canyon, take a right and exit up Hog Hill. One drop of 20' can be bypassed LUC, or climbed up the center. The drainage is pretty cleam and easy going after the first obstacle. Connect with Kelsey Springs trail, and follow it back to the trailhead parking area.
