Introduction[edit]
Sow Fork itself has no rappels. It is very short and can be up climbed or down climbed. There is a fair amount of stemming involved. The slot is short, but the approach and exit is where the major of time will be spent. This is a slot that is a good addition to the alternative approach to descend the Hog Canyons.
