Hey! Had a quick question on the NF of San Jacinto. Your report states you ran across some locals headed to R5. You know what route they took? I read there's graffiti, so it's frequented enough. I'm just a little puzzled as accessing R5 seems awfully difficult. Would make more sense to access the last pool if headed from the bottom, or one of the top pools from the trail that starts at Fisherman Point. Haven't descended the canyon, but made a quick drive up to the short approach parking and it puzzled me even more. estunum (talk) 00:07, 2 April 2015 (EDT)
