Introduction
A wild remote canyon featuring a beautiful flowing spring fed first slot section, great fall colors, lots of downclimbs and a very intricate dissolution passage in the final slot.
Approach
Approach follows Checkerboard’s approach initally then breaks off at top of Dakota Hill. After a brushy maze the approach opens up to wide open fields and easy walking

R1 - 170’ bolt RDC (2 stage, spring fed pool)
R2 - 40’ bolt Multiple downclimbs, ankle deep water
R3 - 90’ bolt
Long wide canyon, walking section, downclimbs

Kip Marshall did the first documented descent in 1999 but it was likely done by the first generation Zion canyoneers in the early 90’s.
