Comments: 3.5h approach, 5h descent, 30 minute exit. The approach hike is no joke - prepare to expend considerable energy. Likely we were the first ones through since the wet season ended, based upon the debris wrapped around many of the anchors. Some of the deviations will need a bit of TLC, but no consequential anchor damage. The route could also benefit from a few well-placed re-belays, IMO. Incredibly beautiful canyon, one of my favorite descents to-date.

Comment: We did not see how the approach could reasonably be done in 1.5 hour. It took us over 2 hours at a pretty good pace. It was very muddy and steep.
