Comments: Perfect temperatures a few days after rain. Parked at the 4WD spot, then dropped into Sauce which was a sweet slot that got very deep near the end. Travelling downcanyon in the main drainage was rough going but short. We climbed the ridge and next dropped into Slice which had a number of fun downclimbs but wasn't as deep as Sauce. Then we climbed the ridge again and dropped into the final slot which we decided to call Stem. Rappel details have been added to the beta; picture of the R2 (tall) rappel is attached. One final climb up the ridge and we were back to the car. Stem is a great addition to Apple Canyon Slots which is quite the hidden treasure!

Comment: Did some practice rigging here i.e fiddle stick. Pretty good practice area. While these are "slot" canyons the stone is very rough like concrete - not smooth like sandstone. While short, the hike "out" along the just-damp creek is very overgrown and then the hike back up along the powerline is pretty steep and lots of crumbly soil.
