Comments: The hot springs are wonderful and have several different pools with varying temperatures. It's about an hour hike (give or take) from the parking lot with two main trails to and from. If you're trying to get there quick, stick to the right and go through the hills. My preference is sticking to the left and descending down the canyon, which is very pretty. No ropes needed, just careful downclimbing. The only downside to this canyon is how busy it is. During the weekend during optimal conditions, you'll be sitting in the springs with 20-30 people during the day/evening. After midnight it calms down quite a bit and you might be able to enjoy it in solitude. It's not uncommon to encounter nudists, but I've never had a problem with them. Last time I went, there was a family who brought a loud speaker and strobe lights to the springs. Please do not be this person, nobody wants to hear it.

Comment: We went on Thanksgiving day and found that the lower pool was at 101F and the upper pool reached 110F! The warmth was welcome after a cold pack raft (3 miles) from Secret Canyon.
