Comments: This is an easy canyon if the standard route is taken. We, however, did the harder up climb route which made it a lot more interesting. There wasn't any water, snow, or ice in the canyon or the area. Temps were cool but the up climbing had us shedding layers. The upclimb is seldom done and has loose rocks, sand, and brushy areas. There is one short chimney that has loose rocks at the top that could shift onto others below if dislodge by someone but that was that only spot the seemed to have any significant risk.
