Comments: Solid training canyon for the budding leader. When the rest of the area is in flood stage and other routes have too much water on it to be runnable, this is a great option as the normal flow on this drianage is just a trickle. In high waters, the flow would be moderate compared to most other WNC routes. The final rappel has stunning views, and although the waterfall is only about 100-110' tall, it takes 280' of rope to reach the bottom because is has the steepness of 4th class terrain. We tied a pull cord to our 200' rope, passed the knot (which i was able to unweight the system to do - its THAT low angle), and we fiddledsticked the anchor to retrieve it all. One of the anchors has plated steel links, and should be replaced with SS sooner than later.
