Comments: 0:30 approach up steep but passable ridge. After the drop in, I noticed that the canyon floor had been flushed by the recent rains which made for easy going along a bare rock and later flat dirt. Shortly before hitting West Fork the canyon dropped precipitously with a fun downclimb in a chute, then an 80' rappel from a bush, then a short rappel from a tree. The final anchor was in good condition and I used it to rappel 120' to the bottom of my rope, then set up a short double strand rappel around a tree for the last 30' of the big drop. Easy 15 minute walk back along the road.
