Comments: No sign of other anchors, so this was probably an FD. Route is a worthy canyon destination (and loses a lot of elevation in a hurry), or at least it would be with more water. We were probably too late in the year. Trick may be to hit Big Bull early in the season ... when the road in is snow-free and there's still some snow lingering in the upper basin around the lake. Or late in the season after the rains return.
Would get another star from me if it had more water and a ways to to dodge the slide alder thicket on the way in.
