Comments: Water was a little lower than expected with all the rain but it was at a nice level. All anchors are in good shape. There is a bit of a creek walk out but there are some decent little slides and pools along the way. Added a sling to a log across the creek DCL for the last little drop.

Comment: Flow was strong and made creek walking a challenge. Below the top confluence we avoided some narrow spots due to the flow. The upper drop, at the confluence, on the north side was not runnable due to the flow however the south one was perfect. Rappels were great and anchors offer options to be in the water but out of the main flow.

Comment: Likely first descent of Big Huckleberry as no other anchors were found. Had somewhat low expectations dropping in, but turned out to be a quite lovely creek. Not destined to be one of the all-time classics, but enjoyable. Water levels were were great (but cold)... guessing we hit it in flood stage. Water levels likely drop off significantly heading into summer, but the creek was clear enough to suggest it runs all year. Might be worth checking out the east tributary as it had equivalent flow to the main fork.
