Comments: Mostly dry. One very shallow pool to walk through after the confluence with the squeeze fork. Downclimbed into the head of the narrows so we only did one ~25' rappel. Passed one other group of two. There are some semi-keeper potholes we easily climbed / partner assisted out of. After heavy rains these would fill and the canyon would enter B-mode. The short section of narrows was pretty, but you pay for it substantially with about 8 miles of hiking in full sun exposure and through sand of variable depth. 4.5h car-to-car exiting via West Fork.

Comment: Down E Fork, up Main Fork. Late start, long day. The climbs are committing- bring a rope gun.
