Comments: We encountered a freak rain/hail/thunderstorm which made things interesting. We decided to explore a new exit route past the vegetation and to the right. Started with a easy scramble over some loose scree, then transitioned to steep gully with VERY loose beach ball sized rocks that will rocket right towards your buddies. Which then becomes an exposed fifth class climb (X- no turn around extreme exposure, was quite chossy). Then a quick half mile to the ridge to a herd path that leads to the road. Those that went down canyon enjoyed some more advanced scrambles with the precipitation loosening the holds. The portions with hand-lines became less of a DC and more of a fun slide. Overall a good canyon that might give you a great excuse for a marg!
