Comments: Great canyon, glad I got a chance to do it finally during this 2nd int'l rendezvous (the 1st in 2019 had too much water). We had just the right amount of water -- some of the constrictions were sporting and borderline scary for some people in our group -- any more water and it would probably be too much for the canyon. Bolts were all in good condition, but the approach trail was not. El Vagante said the canyon hadn't been done in a year or so. They went first with a machete but the approach hike was still tough while carrying the rope, and sketchy in places.
