Comments: The main wall is a cool feature covered in clam fossils, which continue down the watercourse for quite a while as you descend.

Our group did this in three raps. The second obvious rap drops you onto an intermediate stage from which you would need to set up another anchor (the vegetation is far to thick to make a pull through both stages reasonable). We skirted around top DCR to a very large, sturdy tree and rapped off of that to skip the intermediate stage.

Special challenges: The approach requires a lot of bushwhacking through dense shrubbery, and the exit (including the raps after R1) is filled with vegetation (thorny vines that catch and trip you, poison oak, etc). Approach edges with caution as there is no actual rock in this canyon. It is all just cake.
