Comments: Easy to not go left enough when walking across the desert from vehicle. Uphill was a kicker but straightforward. Encountered no cairn anchors which was a surprise for Death Valley. Plenty of fossil snails but not as much as Fossil Snail Canyon.

Comment: We dropped in at the confluence. Started with rap that was about 70 feet (if you get off rope and bypass the bottom). We kept looking for the 190-foot rappel. Then realized we downclimbedfonsl stage of what must have been that rap.

Fossils are AMAZING and are all along the ridge hike up and throughout length of the canyon.

Comment: Nice day. We replaced webbing for a few anchors but others left intact. We used a sand trap for funsies instead of medium spicy downclimb / traverse. 8 hours c2c, with a leisurely pace uphill.
