Comments: First documented descent trip but found out it wasn't the first descent ever as old webbing found on R1 with no link. A lot of down climbing. A lot of loose rock. Came across two bee hives that we have to make an effort to go around, two of us got stung on the first one and didn't take chances on the second. First was on the approach about .4mi from the start. Second was on what would have been R2 into the slot, we rappelled DCR. Canyon was ok, nothing really redeeming but the amount of down climbing was kinda fun. Some interesting geology if you're into that.
