Comments: FR 2703 is currently BLOCKED by trees about 0.75mi from the junction. Anticipate having to walk an extra hour.

I'm not sure what conditions were like during the first descents, but there are a multitude of downed trees in the canyon. Makes going much more tedious and also detracts from the otherwise nice bedrock nature of the lower portion of the canyon. Also, entry higher has a bit of unpleasant bushwhacking.

We only did 5 raps. Only the first (actually about 80', although it looks bigger) had an anchor which we replaced (it had been gnawed through). Don't wetsuit up until you get here. Retrievable anchors for the rest. Last two drops are much better on the opposite side of what is suggested IF the water is on the lower side.
