Comment: Time reflects Hortela integral car-to-car. Hortela superior (car to Levada do Norte) took about 3h. Prepare for some bushwhacking on approach. Pools were present at the head of the canyon, but no water flow. After a few rappels some springs appeared and the canyon narrowed and became more aquatic.
