Comments: Fun little canyon. I've added a map of a loop that doesn't require a shuttle. There was some flow of cold water over the first rap but the flow after the river entered (it's warm and very clean) wasn't too heavy at all. Would have been fun with more water actually. The first rap and the two nuisance rap were unbolted so it was nice that we had some webbing to replace what was there. Bolting is over the top (4 bolts at one drop) as is fairly common here. the final sequence could be done as two rappels (one short one and then a 110'?) but we used all the bolt stations and did it as 3. the first is very easy to downclimb but fun rap down into the pools.

Comment: Fun descent south of Monterrey. Water and the day was warm with no wetsuit worn by half the group. A nice way to start off a week of canyoning in Nuevo Leon. We did this canyon first and followed it by Alamar the same day.
