Comments: Wow what a fantastic canyon. Water was 12.4 C (54.4 F) and we felt fine in 4/3mm wetsuits. All anchors looked good and flow was moderate (very straightforward for those experienced in swift-water.)

Comment: Anchors in good shape. Water was warmer than the other Haast canyons. Do the jump slide!

Comment: We scouted and did the first jump into the canyon. R2 handline and rappel bolts are good. R3 rap was flowing great. Edge protection highly recommended on this rap, even for the last person. Last jump slide goes. Great day out!

Comment: This canyon proved to be a great experience packed into a 2h descent: jumps, slides, and rappels under waterfalls! Worth the short (steep as) jungle hike in.
