Comments: Great night canyon on thanksgiving eve! We started in the dark and used the GPS track from ropewiki to navigate the light use trail which worked well. The approach hike tooks us ~50 minutes and we had a total time of a little under 2.5 hours at a relaxed pace in comfortable temperatures.

Comment: Sunset canyon! We started the hike at ~6pm and finished by about 8pm, lovely choice to tack on after a day of work/climbing. All anchors were in good condition at the time we went through.

Comment: Canyon is in great shape, used this day to practice guided rappels. Note that the lower bolts used for guided rappels at the base of the 4th rappel have been removed.

Comment: It rained on and off that day. It was windy and calm, warm then cold. The water was barely a trickle in the canyon. The bolts and webbing left by previous canyoneers that we used that day were in good condition.

Comment: Third time doing this canyon. Love it. Conditions were great. Relatively easy approach and such a chill, cruisy, beautiful canyon. Great place to introduce someone to canyoneering.

Comment: Good anchors, all bolts or chains. Nice trail to hike up.

We enjoyed the multitude of petroglyphs at the exit.

Comment: Love this canyon! 2nd time doing it and it's just short and sweet. All waterfalls had new webbing recently installed.

We did some top-rope climbing on 2 of the waterfalls. Great stuff!

Comment: We had 3 adults and 2 kids. The 3 adults are intermediate level. The kids are brand new in canyoneering. We've practiced in Calico Basin but this is their first actual canyon. They had fun! All anchors were good. Bees were minimal/non-issue.

Comment: Great day out and anchors are still in good condition. We had a low clearance car and drove most of the way to the trail head. We stopped about .25 before in a pull out near the power lines and the. Hiked in. It seemed the worst part of the road was beyond that (ruts, sand, steep in a section) and had no regrets about adding a little extra walk for the car safety.

Watch out for a buried bees nest after R3. It's about 30 ft from the bottom of the rap on the way to the next rap. Easily avoided if you notice, but also could have easily stepped on the hives opening hole.

Comment: Nice short canyon before heading to the airport. Re-rigged goofy last anchor rigged as American Death Triangle.
