Comments: Well worth the extra climb up to add this to Lomatium, but wow is it a physical way up. Lots of shimmying and squeezing; be ready to offer a handline if your group isn't all strong climbers. After the scramble up, there's some slots with deep (but safely narrow) bottoms to move across that may also spook beginners.

Of note - on the "squeeze exit" noted in the kml, there is a small downclimb that some folks have evidently rapped by running their rope around a small arch on the wall. That arch now has _very obvious_ grooves in it from this. There are plenty of chockstones to anchor around if you really need it, but a meat anchor + downclimb is also very doable here (it's not as bad as it looks, plenty of spots for feet on the wall), plus there's another option to exit around the fins. Aside from that, the squeeze exit is very easy for the directionally challenged, as you "just" follow the wash down and through and over a few obstacles until it connects with the ranger route near cloister arch.

Comment: Please check with the park for current canyoneering regulations when you pick up your permit.

7 hours includes Lomatium, and we used an unorthodox route.

Due to construction, parking lot closes at 7pm Sun-Thur
