Comments: Did this canyon very early in the morning. If you go before 6 you may need to park on Snyder Rd. A little bit of flow.

Comment: Quick little canyon run. Water was deep and definitely chilly. We did it with rain jackets, but could probably put on a thin wetsuit if you wanted a more enjoyable experience. Added new webbing for redundancy on R3, but kept the old webbing as it’s still holding, just looking a little worn.

Comment: Approach has no shade so starting early in summer is a good idea. The granite is really smooth and slick compared to the sandstone I'm used to. Water level was too low to jump but I still had to swim a good stretch of the pool after R1 and the pool after R4. All anchors in good condition, the R3 knot chock anchor is really solid--3x redundant although not super well equalized. Water in the bottom pool kept me cool for the hike out.
Great little bite sized canyon with easy approach and easier exit. Perfect for a summer morning.

Comment: Rappels through falls to pools that were greater than 10 ft deep. Could jump the first two rappels. Had to swim at least two pools. Loads of frogs.

Comment: A nice canyon to knock out in an afternoon from Tucson with deep refreshing pools to cool off in after a hot approach. R2 can be downclimbed though this is nonobvious from above. R3 is seemingly the best possible location for a knot chock anchor and it felt pretty bomber.

Comment: Time reflects La Milagrosa and Agua Caliente combo - car to car. Swimmers at the base of all rappels. Jumped the first two drops. Pools were full with a light trickle of flow. Added an optional rap/swim RDC (after R3) that can be accessed via a fun chimney downclimb in the watercourse. High winds today made for cold swims.

Comment: Good little short canyon with easy approach and exit all on trail. Scenic canyon and interesting rappels. Fun boulder climbing and route finding at end. Replaced webbing on rappel #2. First pool was swimmer, nice to have wetsuit as we did canyon in evening as sun was setting. Second pool was should deep. Third pool was swimmer. Light flow in canyon. Overall a fun short canyon.

Comment: Warm winter day so we elected to do the first drop into the swimmer. Not too bad. The next pool was very stagnant and covered in gross green film but we were able to skirt around it easily after dropping in. The pool at the final drop was also low enough to easily jump over.
