Comments: Upper Santa Anita is more of a stroll than rappelling. We dropped in north of Orchard Camp as part of a search and explored the canyon till first water. There were two rappels along the way. The first one had what looks to be an old anchor DCR and was ~30 ft. The second one was around ~15 ft and we ghosted off a tree DCL of the waterfall. Overall, upper Santa Anita Canyon isn't worth it unless you like the trill of following some large bear tracks.
