Comments: Looks like this objective is run frequently by local guide companies. Best to get there early to get in front of them. Left a car up at the top and did the exit back up-canyon. GPS recommended to find the way up out of the canyon -- it's not obvious from below.

Comment: Completed the loop back to Sand Flats Parking Area/Trailhead. I highly recommend a gps for the cliff exit in Negro Bill Canyon/ Grandstaff Canyon due to it being a bit improbable looking.
