Comments: Did the canyon in the afternoon to fill out the day. The river crossing was fine--water flow is not very strong or dangerous at the time of this report. Water temperature was disappointingly not very cold.

at the first drop you can down climb but there is a cairn anchor there. Optionally it is possible to fiddle off a horn on the LDC part of the canyon. On person downclimbed and the rest rapped of a fiddlestick. We didn't use or inspect the cairn anchor but a cursor glance looked like the webbing needed to be replaced.

The second drop is the two-stage mandatory rappel. The pool is silted up so no water. There is a chock stone lodged at the top of the drop with webbing slung around it for the anchor, and if you stand all the way back, the pull from the very bottom is clean--though it doesn't look clean from the top.

In the past this rappel has been rigged from a drop 30-ish feet back but it seems that is not necessary right now--in fact that far back anchor is likely under sand at present.

No water in canyon--it seems the pool has silted up.

Comment: Short canyon. Good for kids or beginners. We used it to kill time after our first canyon of the day so we didn’t get back to camp too early. Not worth a trip on its own

Comment: Pretty and fun little canyon. Anchors in good condition. A little stemmable water in the pool in the middle of the long rappel. Fremont at knee deep was more aggressive than expected at the crossing.
